At Torre Colombaia since 1986, under expert guides, we grow organically our 55 hectares of arable land (weather events permitting), then transforming what we harvest in order to provide our customers with healthy, wholesome, fresh and affordable foods. To this end, we use small industrial machines and transformers artisans from Umbria or neighboring regions. In order not to impoverish, but rather to preserve and even enhance the original qualities of the seeds threshed. Finally, we use our own seeds to sow or other ancient seeds that we exchange with other organic farmers.
