Linseed oil

Our organic farm plants the flax in autumn; threshes it in August then the linseeds go through a cold press process (max 37°C - 98°F) in the farm oil press "OEKOTEC". We press the flax many times in the year, so that we always get a fresh product, and keep unaltered the alpha-linolenic acid, also called omega 3. The linseed-oil is kept in the farm, Torre Colombaia, let it settle then bottled into 100 ml. dark-glass bottles. The bottles are stored in boxes to prevent the oil from the light and put in a cold-room (even temperature of 4C° - 39F°) until the selling. It's recommended keeping the product in refrigerator soon after the purchase especially in the summer.
